I'm Dusty Wright, but most folks still call me Coach. I was blessed to start my educational career as a student teacher here at Danville back in the fall of 2003. I subbed (mostly here at Danville) in the Spring of '04. Mr. Lyons was gracious enough to bring me on full time the following year. I served as the 7-8 math teacher and an assistant basketball coach that next year. I became the Head Mens' Basketball Coach in the 2006-2007 school year. After 16 years of leading the Mens' Basketball program, I was blessed with the opportunity to become the Principal of the Upper Middle School where I am currently thankful to work with amazing educators and students. Beyond school, I am married to Amanda (who teaches 6th grade math), and we have been blessed with three amazing kids: Addey, Ian, and Kennedy. We are extremely grateful to be a part of the Little John family, and we believe that God has placed us here to continue to enhance the Little John Culture! #ProudToBeALittleJohn
